A 1:1 Clinical Hypnosis session is a personalized space to explore the patterns, emotions, beliefs, or experiences you’re ready to work with while in a suggestible sleep-like state. Together, we’ll clarify what you want support with and use clinical hypnosis to access the deeper subconscious processes that can be difficult to reach through conscious thought alone. Each session is shaped around you, your goals, and the way you naturally respond to hypnosis.
Sessions may also include somatic awareness, helping you notice how emotions and experiences are expressed through the body. In a relaxed hypnotic state, we can work with the connection between your thoughts, emotions, imagination, and physical experience to support meaningful change.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process, while being guided into a deeper state of focus, receptivity, and connection with yourself.
